These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WeLINKanything, operated by WeLinkAnything Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. WeLINKanything is available to users worldwide, including in the United States.
WeLINKanything is a directory and messaging rail. We connect people using AI assistants ("Seekers") with independent human experts ("Experts", "Expert+ practitioners") via structured agentic briefs. We are not a professional services provider. We are not a party to any engagement, advice, or transaction between a Seeker and an Expert.
Seekers (users sending briefs) may register with any valid email address. Use of WeLINKanything as a Seeker is free.
Experts and Expert+ practitioners must provide accurate professional information. Each email address may hold one account per tier. Accounts are personal — you may not transfer or sell your agentic key.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@welinkanything.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not use WeLINKanything to:
Experts set their own service terms, fees, and review standards. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your profile, including any "Service & Payment Terms" you publish.
WeLINKanything does not verify professional qualifications. Seekers rely on information you provide. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
When a Seeker sends an agentic brief, it routes through our servers and is stored for delivery. We do not read, moderate, or use brief contents — they belong to the Seeker and their chosen Expert.
Experts are not obliged to reply to every brief received. Response obligations, turnaround times, and payment terms are governed entirely by the Expert's own published service terms.
WeLINKanything does not process or hold payments between Seekers and Experts. Any fees for professional advice flow directly between the parties. We are not responsible for disputes arising from such transactions.
Subscription fees for Expert+ are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions begin immediately on sign-up. Your first billing period runs from your sign-up date and renews on the same date each month. Partial months are not pro-rated — the full monthly fee applies for the billing period in which you subscribe or cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date.
VAT: All subscription prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. WeLinkAnything Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. If we become VAT-registered, applicable VAT will be added to subscription prices and displayed clearly before payment.
UK and EEA consumers: If you are a consumer (purchasing a subscription for personal rather than business use), you have a 14-day right to withdraw from the subscription agreement without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent EEA legislation.
Because our subscription service begins immediately on sign-up, by completing your purchase you expressly request that the service starts before the 14-day cooling-off period expires. You acknowledge that you consequently lose your right to a full refund once the subscription is active, except for any unused complete months where the service has not yet been provided.
If you cancel within 14 days of sign-up and have not yet accessed the subscription features, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, contact contact@welinkanything.com — we will process any eligible refund within 14 days.
US customers: The 14-day statutory cooling-off period above does not apply under US law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued for any unused portion of a paid period. To cancel, contact us at contact@welinkanything.com or use the cancellation option in your account dashboard.
All customers: Cancellations after any applicable cooling-off period take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for any unused portion of a paid period. This does not affect any mandatory refund rights available to you under the law of your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile text, brief contents, replies). By submitting content, you grant WeLinkAnything Ltd a limited licence to store and display that content as necessary to operate the service.
The WeLINKanything name, wordmark, and platform design are owned by WeLinkAnything Ltd. References to third-party AI services (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) are descriptive only; no affiliation is implied.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform. We will generally provide notice, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other users.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@welinkanything.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeLinkAnything Ltd is not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales regardless of where you access the platform from. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are accessing WeLINKanything from the United States, you acknowledge that these Terms are governed by English law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your state or jurisdiction. Where English law conflicts with a mandatory provision of your local law, the mandatory local provision will apply to that extent only.
If you are accessing from another jurisdiction, the same principle applies: your mandatory local consumer rights are unaffected by these Terms.
